A Sound Bath (also known as Sound Healing) is a meditative and relaxing journey within, using the power of frequency and vibration from sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, drums and singing, to induce deep healing for the body, mind and soul. Sound Healing assists in reducing stress and boosting creativity.
