Join us for our annual Christmas Craft Faire at Errington War Memorial Hall! The Xmas craft fair is held on the second Saturday in December each year, from 10am to 3pm.

Admission is free.

The Errington Christmas Craft Faire has been a seasonal staple for gift and holiday treat shopping for decades. Join us in our 100 year old Hall for 30+ local vendors and have a hearty lunch and snacks from the kitchen.

Shop local at Christmas and support our awesome community vendors.

We welcome local artists and crafters who create their own handmade products. This is a great opportunity to share your work, meet the community, and get into the Christmas spirit.

Before You Apply

Please make sure you understand the following:

• This is a handmade craft show. Vendors must create the products they sell.
• Vendor spaces are 6' x 6'.
• Our Early Bird vendor fee is $40. After November 1, the fee is $50.
• Each vendor is required to provide a small item from their inventory for our Christmas gift basket draw.
• Each vendor is also required to provide a small time donation to help with setup, take-down, decorating, advertising, or other event duties.
• Space is limited, so applying does not guarantee a space. Preference may be given to Errington residents and local artists and crafters.
• Vendors are selected with consideration given to the quality and originality of their work and the overall balance of the show.
• If you are sharing a space, you must tell us who you are sharing with and what each person will be selling.
• If you have your own table or display, please let us know. The Hall has a limited number of tables available.
• Electricity is available, but you may need to bring an extension cord.
• Vendors must remain within their assigned space and follow the Hall's rules.

Please Know Before You Apply

The Christmas Craft Faire is a fundraiser for the Errington War Memorial Hall. Your vendor fee helps support the upkeep, maintenance, improvements, and programs of our community Hall.

Our Craft Faire is organized and run by volunteers. We ask for your patience while applications are reviewed and communications are sent out.

Once applications have been reviewed, successful vendors will be contacted with confirmation and further information.

Please do not contact the coordinators asking for the status of your application or for reasons if you are not selected. We receive many applications and, as a volunteer-run event, we are unable to provide individual explanations.

Please read the vendor information and terms and conditions (on the application) before submission.
We look forward to seeing all the wonderful handmade creations our community has to offer!
